Discover the people, activities, and environments that give you energy, and those that leave you feeling depleted. Through guided reflection and light coaching, you’ll begin to identify patterns that can help you make more intentional choices in your life.
Part 2: Two Possible Futures
Experience a guided visualization where you meet two versions of your future self: one shaped by staying on your current path, and one shaped by living more intentionally. Afterwards, you’ll have time to reflect on what stood out and identify practical next steps.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating a transition, or simply curious about yourself, this workshop offers a supportive space to step back from everyday life, gain fresh perspective, and leave with a clearer understanding of what matters most to you, and how to move closer to it.
