Street art is more than decoration. It is a living cultural code, constantly changing, responding and leaving clues about the people and places around it.
From ancient cave paintings and early signatures to graffiti-covered trains and enormous murals reshaping city skylines, humans have always felt the urge to leave their mark. But how did modern street art emerge? What separates graffiti from a mural? And why does street art look and feel so different from one country to another?
